8. time recording
8.1 Request for completion report
If you are working with the completion report in time recording, employees who have not yet completed their report by the cut-off date can be notified by e-mail in program 111 "Reporting".
All sender addresses stored for the employee in program 31 "HR master data" and the outgoing accounts defined for the user in the user administration are available for sending e-mail notifications. The user who triggers the notification can select the sender address accordingly.
8.2 Evaluations for working time violations
Working time violations can now be evaluated using the program N2112 "Working time regulations notes".
8.3 Flexitime type "Hourly wage earners extended"
There is a new type for flexitime calculation. In addition to the previous types "Standard", "Management", "Hourly wage earner", "Time autonomous", the option "Hourly wage earner extended" can now be selected for each employee in program N33 "Personnel master" under "Time recording / Planned hours calendar".
The new flexitime type entitles the employee to vacations, public holidays and rest days. Unlike the previous "hourly wage earner" type, vacation hours, for example, are paid out normally. With the classic hourly wage earner, there is no vacation entitlement in this sense. Instead, a vacation allowance is paid as a wage supplement.
8.4 Holidays by financial year
Previously, vacation management could only be defined according to the calendar year. It is now possible to manage vacation values according to the financial year.
