The 2024 version of AbaClik offers a new portal for internal purchase requisitions, which enables simple material requisitions like in a web store. The new order release has been designed dynamically and can be checked and released in the browser on mobile devices. There is now a comment function in sales to save relevant information and the AbaPoint app enables mobile recording and processing of inventories.

11.1 Purchase requisitions and approval

The new portal for purchase requisitions allows employees to easily request material via a web-based interface. The approval process has been revised and uses central organizational structures for dynamic assignment of Responsibles. Purchase order approvals can now be managed on the go in the MyAbacus portal, improving efficiency and clarity.

11.2 Stock movements and inventory with AbaPoint

AbaPoint Warehouse extends the functionality of the AbaPoint app with mobile data entry options for stocktaking and master data queries. Inventories can be started individually or pre-entered and the counted quantities can be entered directly into the app. The app also enables stock levels to be queried and supports improved warehouse management.

11.3 Warehouse dashboard

The new warehouse dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of incoming and outgoing goods and stock levels. It allows batch stocks to be determined quickly and expiry dates to be monitored. Information on available storage locations and planned stock movements is also visualized to support efficient warehouse management.

11.4 Parcel shipping

Parcel shipping settings have been enhanced to support different label formats and DPI settings. Multiple connections and franking licenses can now be defined and tracking numbers can be assigned directly in the BPE process. These new features offer more flexible and efficient parcel dispatch management.
