5.1 Templates and standing orders
Customers who use Electronic Banking with the program E111 'Enter payments' to make their vendor payments now have the option of creating templates and standing orders. Saved templates, as well as standing orders, can be loaded manually if required. Standing orders are generated automatically based on the defined periodicity and, depending on the setting, are also sent automatically. A wizard helps you to create new ones.
5.2 Importing credit card statements as PDF files
Credit card statements can be imported in PDF format for the automatic posting of EFT debits in program 213 "Post account transactions". DeepO recognizes the individual transactions and assigns them to the stored credit cards. This function is particularly interesting for customers with regular credit card charges and in combination with expense recording using the AbaClik 3 app.
