12.1 Assembly time and discount for IGH catalog products

In program B437 "Calculation specification", assembly times and purchase discounts can now be defined for products from the IGH catalog. These values are adopted when used in the bill of quantities, which enables a more precise and individual calculation. The assembly time can only be entered at product level, but not at product variant level. Discounts can be defined both at product level and at product variant level. These new features allow for a more precise cost calculation and improved customization of catalog product information.

12.2 BOS statistics with values without factor

The BOS statistics have been extended to display detailed values before and after factor calculations. Additional columns are introduced for material and time values that take into account the effects of correction factors (KFM and KFZ). This addition allows for deeper analysis and better decision making when costing. However, the new values cannot be sorted and are not available in the VirtualTable for AbaReport.

12.3 NPK - Handling of association reserve capital optimized

The handling of NPK reserve chapters supplied by associations such as suissetec has been optimized. All reserve areas are now adopted according to the content of the exchange file in order to avoid problems when exchanging data. This measure improves compatibility and reliability when importing CRBX files and has also been implemented retroactively for Abacus version 2023.

12.4 Print programs

The print programs have been optimized to improve performance when printing service specifications with many linked images. A new field "PRINTPICTURE" replaces the old position field "INDIVCB1", which prevents unnecessary loading of images. This speeds up print preparation and enables more efficient handling of service specifications with image links. A special function helps with the conversion of existing clients to the new optimization.
