Version 2024 of the CRM system brings with it numerous improvements, including a dynamic address mask, the integration of multilingual salutations and the use of purposes for communication data. In addition, DeepD facilitates address entry and DeepSign simplifies contract management. Activity management and the newsletter function have also been expanded and improved.

10.1 Other multilingual

Salutations and salutation texts can now be entered in multiple languages. This makes it easier to assign salutations according to the correspondence language. A migration aid is available in the A421 "Edit salutations" program, which merges and updates existing salutations.

10.2 Address entry

The new DeepD address search function simplifies address entry by automatically pre-filling company data from an online register. This can be used both in the Abacus ERP and in the CRM portal. The address search is also integrated in MyAbacus.

10.3 Communication data type

In the communication data tab, e-mail addresses can now be assigned a purpose in order to control their use in various processes. Currently, there are pre-programmed purposes such as notifications, reminders and invoices that cannot be added manually.

10.4 Activity management

Activity management has been improved with the introduction of a central inbox for activities and the ability to synchronize activities with the calendar. In addition, comments and notifications can now be added to activities and users can be @mentioned, which facilitates internal communication.

10.5 Newsletter

Version 2024 introduces a fully integrated newsletter solution that supports the double opt-in and double opt-out process. Newsletter recipients can be managed in lists and processed automatically via DeepBox. Newsletters can now also be sent and templates designed directly in the CRM system.
