9.1 General information

• AbaClik 2 - Discontinuation of maintenance and support: Abacus version 2023 no longer supports synchronization of AbaClik 2 data. Maintenance will be discontinued on 31.10.2024 and the app will be removed from the app stores.
• Push configuration: Users can individually define in AbaClik 3 on iOS and Android for which categories they want to receive push notifications.

9.2 Overview of tiles

• Receipts tile: Receipts can be pre-entered and made visible in MyAbacus without having to send them immediately.
• In & Out tile: Bookings that go beyond midnight are noted on the previous day to ensure correct allocation of working time.
• Services tile: Recorded services and times are displayed and managed according to the respective time zone.
• Timesheet tile: The time zone for recorded times is recognized and displayed accordingly.
• Absences & Other tile: The three most frequently used absences are displayed in the selection list at the top to make recording more efficient.
• Addresses tile: This tile enables the efficient management and search of contact data, including voice commands and links to Google Maps.
• Duty roster tile: The real-time roster for mobile users makes it possible to swap services and view team rosters.
• Project dossier tile: This tile offers mobile viewing and management of project documents, with offline functionality and direct integration into MyAbacus.
