These are your tasks
- Technical and personnel management of the real estate team at the Küssnacht location
- Ongoing further development of the team
- Acquisition of new projects
- Budgeting and invoicing
- Independent management of the property portfolio (rental and condominium properties)
- Sales support for residential, commercial and investment properties
- Senior Consultant and customer support
What makes you special
- Education in the Real Estate sector, training as a Swiss Certified Property Fiduciary Expert desirable
- You have several years of experience in real estate management (rental properties and condominiums)
- Analytical, precise and conscientious way of working as well as a quick grasp of things
- Entrepreneurial, service-oriented approach
- Assertiveness and leadership qualities, initiative and team spirit
- Professional demeanor as well as pronounced pleasure and skill in negotiating
- Confident verbal and written expression in German
- Driving license Cat. B
