To expand the well-established and qualified team in the Küssnacht an Rigi branch, we are looking for
a customer-oriented and open-minded real estate specialist as a real estate manager with immediate effect or by arrangement
These are your tasks
- Independent management of the property portfolio
- Dealing with tenant and condominium owner matters (correspondence / telephone calls)
- Contact person for owners, tradesmen, janitors, tenants and authorities
- Letting of rental properties including apartment handovers and acceptances
- Making changes in the property management software (Immotop2)
- Convening, recording and chairing condominium owners' meetings
- Regular inspection rounds and ensuring property maintenance
What makes you special
- You have a real estate management certificate or are in training for one
- You have several years of experience in real estate management
- Confident written expression in German and sound PC skills (Microsoft Office)
- You work independently and accurately (high quality awareness)
- You are a flexible, open and reliable personality and promote a good team spirit with your positive manner
- Driving license Cat. B
