To expand the well-established and qualified team at our Küssnacht am Rigi branch, we are looking for a customer-oriented and open-minded real estate specialist as a real estate accountant with immediate effect or by arrangement.
These are your tasks
- Independent management of property accounting (rental properties and STWEG)
- Collection of rent and operating cost contributions, dunning process
- Paying creditors
- Preparing annual heating and ancillary cost statements
- Preparing VAT statements and annual financial statements
- Preparing budgets
- Social settlements for janitor staff
What makes you special
- Basic commercial training, preferably in the fiduciary or real estate sector
- You have deepened your accounting knowledge, preferably with appropriate education, e.g. as a finance and accounting clerk or in real estate management
- You work independently and accurately (high quality awareness)
- You have a quick grasp of things and score points with your analytical thinking skills
- You have a flexible, open and reliable personality and promote a good team spirit with your positive manner
