Once these are known, the needs can be compared with the planned project and changes can be made where possible. We know the trends and can use the planning documents to assess whether the project meets today's housing needs.

The need for spacious balcony/terrace areas has become noticeably more important due to the pandemic. But additional or at least spacious rooms, e.g. for home offices, are also in demand. Narrow balconies and small rooms, such as those built in the 70s and 80s, are no longer in demand.
