Your wishes are inviolable when you settle the execution of your will

Inheritance distribution is rarely unproblematic. Decide during your lifetime how you want your will to be executed. This will prevent inheritance disputes.

Appoint an executor in your will or in an inheritance contract. They will implement your will in the event of your death and take care of the formalities and the division of the estate professionally.

You must either write, date and sign your will by hand from A to Z or have it publicly certified by a notary in front of witnesses.

In order for the inheritance contract to be legally binding, it must be publicly notarized by a notary in front of witnesses.
